Thanks, For this particular project it was 1.0 times coverage which we pretty much maxed out. It varies for each neighbourhood.

    Hello,

Great house. I was wondering what the maximum allowable sq footage is as a percentage of the lot size in Toronto?

    Thanks.

Hi, I’m also from Ryerson University’s Architectural Science Program and currently working on a architectural detailing project. My topic is Window at Lintel and I was wondering what are the dimensions of the window in the 17th picture. Thanks.

    Hi,
Excellent Building! I’m a student at Ryerson University’s Architectural Science program and I’m doing a project on architectural detailing and I have chose the Dunn Avnue Triplex as my example. My topic is stair detail and construction, and I was wondering if you could tell me the dimensions of the stairs in the 16th image? Thanks.
