Are you willing to say the cost of this project? My wife and I are contemplating purchasing a <4 year old home in Milton, which has a barren backyard — a perfect blank canvass for a landscaping project if we buy. I like this asthetic, and although we might forgo the pool for now, we are looking for a deck and eating/recreational pavilion in a contemporary design, much like this, but perhaps with a lower elevation. What can we expect this sort of idea to cost per sq ft?
