Lake Rosseau Cottage

A contemporary take on a traditional form

Situated on a protected inlet on Lake Rosseau, this cottage takes cues from its fishing camp heritage. The simple salt-box massing mimics the 3 existing sleeping cabins on the site and takes advantage of the views and solar orientation the site has to offer. An open loft space sits above two bedrooms and two bathrooms on the main level. The living spaces enjoy a double height space and opens to a generous sun deck at the water’s edge.
